Ambrus Management is a family owned Real-Estate Investment and Property Management company founded in 2009 focusing on value add opportunities. Since 2017 we have focused our efforts in the Greater Tampa Bay area growing our footprint in the area five fold since breaking into this market. Our strategic acquisitions and management approach has allowed us to navigate the complex arena of Real Estate throughout many a crises (recessions + pandemics included) and successfully convert under-performing properties into highly efficient income producing assets.

At Ambrus, our integrated Real-Estate Investment software contains the most up-to date information on all of our properties allowing us to keep strict controls over our operations. We utilize a lease optimization model with integrated property management software, real-time information all to allow for smooth and efficient operations.

After a short on-boarding period we are able to tailor our technology and processes to fit the specific needs of your property as well as give you access to real time information regarding your property's performance.

PROVEN HISTORY OF SUCCESS

Over the last decade, our experienced team has successfully stabilized distressed properties resulting in a 300%  increase in revenues.  We have ample experience overcoming a myriad of challenges including vacancy rates of over 50%, delinquent taxes and unpaid association fees.  These past experiences have prepared our aggressive and efficient management team to handle any challenge thrown their way.

 In 2017 we pinpointed Tampa Bay as a market of interest and focused our efforts on acquisition and management in the area. Since then we have successfully stabilized and upgraded over 500 units in 3 different properties, increased occupancy and collections to 95% and built a team of invaluable individuals. Today Tampa is one of the hottest residential markets in the United States.
